Job description
The client is seeking expertise to support the deployment and adoption of a company product, leveraging the ServiceNow platform. Our team is focused on ensuring a seamless integration and utilization of the product to enhance IT Service Management (ITSM) functions. The selected expertise will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end delivery of the project, including managing status updates, committee meetings, governance structures, and action trackers. A deep understanding of ServiceNow and ITIL processes is essential, as well as proficiency in project and stakeholder management. Familiarity with additional ServiceNow modules such as HR Service Delivery or Workplace Service Delivery is considered advantageous. The engagement is expected to start as soon as possible to facilitate a knowledge transfer with the existing resource, with billing commencing from July 1st.
Requirements
The client aims to ensure a successful deployment and adoption of the product across the entities. The key goals and deliverables include:
Coordinating the end-to-end delivery of the project, ensuring all aspects are managed effectively.
Facilitating status updates, committee meetings, and governance structures to maintain project alignment.
Managing an action tracker to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
Providing expertise in ServiceNow and ITIL processes to enhance ITSM functions.
Ensuring a smooth knowledge transfer phase with the existing resource, free of charge, before billing starts on July 1st.
