We are looking for a Staff Frontend Software Engineer. You will be responsible for building fluid and responsive user interfaces for multiple platforms and devices.

How You’ll Contribute
  • Architect & Build: Lead the design and development of high-performance, secure, and scalable frontend solutions.
  • Engineering Excellence: Champion high-quality standards in developing great user interfaces that impact users worldwide.
  • Testing Strategy: Drive reliability through unit testing, integration testing, and a Shift-Left/TDD approach.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Work within Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), moving self-driven toward a common team or company purpose with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • Experience: Bringing 10+ years of professional experience relevant to high-level engineering roles.
  • Fundamentals: Mastering Vanilla JavaScript—you understand the core of the language beyond the frameworks.
  • Modern Stacks: Delivering robust applications using React.js and Next.js.
  • Testing Culture: Implementing TDD and Shift-Left mentalities to catch issues early and often.
  • Mindset: Being passionate, self-driven, and thriving in a self-organized environment where you take ownership of your career and impact.

Your Technical Toolkit:
  • Core: Expert-level Vanilla JavaScript, React.js, and Next.js.
  • Quality: Deep knowledge of Testing (Unit, Integration, TDD, Shift-Left).
  • Cloud: Professional experience with Azure Cloud is considered a significant plus.
  • Observability: Familiarity or experience with New Relic for monitoring and performance is a plus.
  • Methodology: Strong experience working in Scrum and Kanban environments.
