Job description

We are looking for a Support Communication Specialist with the aim to ensure that Communicarions are easy to understand, accessible, and engaging for end-users. 

The challenge will be…
  • Drive communication and change activities for IT projects and domain
  • Create and manage communication assets such as SharePoint pages, one-pagers,newsletters, and internal posts
  • Develop engaging visual content, including videos and multimedia materials
  • Ensure consistent and clear messaging across projects and domains
  • Translate complex IT topics into simple, user-friendly communication
  • Support projects in increasing visibility, adoption, and user engagement
  • Collaborate closely with project teams to align communication with project goals and user needs
  • Contribute to a consistent communication approach aligned with team principles

Requirements

  • Degree in Communication, Marketing, IT, Business, or similar—or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in communication activities, ideally within IT or digital projects
  • Strong skills in content creation (presentations, SharePoint, newsletters, internal campaigns)
  • Experience in video creation and editing (ideally with Adobe tools)
  • Ability to translate technical topics into clear and engaging messages
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and user experience
  • Experience working in international and cross-functional environments
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools, especially SharePoint
  • Knowledge of change management or user adoption strategies is a plus
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus
