Job description

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Tech Lead with a strong background in Node.js development to join our team. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of developers, while also contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of innovative software solutions.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, design scalable architectures, and ensure the quality and performance of the codebase. You will also have the opportunity to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Node.js development.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and specifications
Design and develop scalable and highly performant software solutions using Node.js
Contribute to the architectural decisions, code reviews, and quality assurance processes
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Node.js development
Identify and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks
Ensure the adherence to best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies

Requirements

5+ years of professional experience in Node.js development
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Typescript, with a deep understanding of Node.js
Experience with building RESTful APIs and microservices
Experience with GraphQL
Great Knowledge of AWS and/or GCP
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and agile environment

Nice to have:

Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular)
