Job description

The service to be provided aims to support the completion and ongoing excellence of the E2E Approval application, as well as related surrounding services. This includes assistance to the application architect during the final stages of development and a seamless transition into service leadership for these applications.

To achieve this, our client expects the following competences to be available at the service provider:

Technical support for application development, enabling smooth progress towards E2E delivery and operational readiness
Coordination and oversight of surrounding services, ensuring consistent service quality and integration across platforms
Execution of service management activities, including troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and user support
Engagement with stakeholders to gather requirements, share progress, and communicate effectively about updates or issues
Collaboration with IT and development teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals and technical standards
Proactive adoption and promotion of low code solutions, identifying opportunities to utilize such platforms for enhanced efficiency

Requirements

Mid-Level - technical background, with experience in application development and low code technologies
Mid-Level - Strategic thinking with an ability to understand both technical and business perspectives
Experience working in global, virtual teams and navigating multicultural environments
Senior Level - Ability to manage service operations with a user-centric approach, translating technical capabilities into clear user benefits
Effective communicator across all levels, from end-users to senior stakeholders
Mid-Level - Experience creating and managing operational documentation, support materials, and user resources
Proactive problem-solving attitude and willingness to experiment with new technologies or methods
