Job description

This role serves as the frontline of technical assistance, ensuring smooth user experiences by diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to specific systems, particularly the Own Code Scan capabilities (FossID and ScanOSS). The engineer is pivotal in maintaining user satisfaction and system reliability, while providing insights and guidance on IT functionalities. Key responsibilities include delivering user support and technical assistance, troubleshooting and resolving issues, monitoring system performance, conducting preventive maintenance, documenting technical processes and solutions, and supporting regular meetings with stakeholders to enhance collaboration and accountability. Requirements Senior Level - Expertise in web applications, error log analysis, and database management. Senior Level - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, specifically GitLab and GitHub Actions. Senior Level - Proficiency in Python, PHP, and Go Lang. Senior Level - Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and MySQL. Mid-Level - Experience with Docker ECS and AWS. Junior Level - Experience with FossID and ScanOSS (a plus). Junior Level - Experience with Wiz and VURIOUS. Junior Level - Understanding of software clearing. Senior Level - Strong communication skills for effective interaction with users and teams. Senior Level - Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving aptitude with a proactive approach. Senior Level - Patience and dedication to providing high-quality user support. Senior Level - Ability to work independently. Senior Level - Aptitude for fostering a supportive environment with users.
