Job description
We are currently looking for a technical support to support a large‑scale digital transformation initiative within the public sector. The main objective of this role is to act as a second-line support function, ensuring the handling of requests forwarded by the first line.
What you will do:
- Receive and analyse requests coming from the first line;
- Perform triage and initial diagnosis;
- Resolve functionally‑related issues;
- Correctly forward topics to technical teams;
- Interact with different teams to clarify requirements/incidents.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in technical support or Business analysis and tester roles;
- Good communication skills (essential for interacting with various teams);
- Proactivity, curiosity and willingness to learn;
- Strong analytical and organisational skills;
- Some knowledge of testing can be an advantage (e.g., defining scenarios, executing tests, basic understanding of test scripts).
