UI / UX Designer – eShop Implementation

Job description

We are looking for a skilled and user-centric UI/UX Designer to support the implementation of a new eShop platform, ensuring a seamless and effective experience across all customer journeys. This role will be responsible for translating business and functional requirements into intuitive designs, validating them with key stakeholders, and supporting the development teams during implementation to guarantee a consistent, high-quality user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Design user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that align with the business requirements and brand guidelines.
Translate complex business needs into simple, user-friendly digital experiences for both assisted and unassisted channels.
Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders to ensure customer journeys are optimized and feasible.
Review and validate user flows and UI components throughout the implementation process.
Perform usability reviews and provide recommendations for improvements during development.
Ensure consistency of the design language and user experience across all touchpoints.
Participate in UAT sessions to validate experience and interface before go-live.
Stay updated on best practices in UX/UI design and e-commerce trends.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in e-commerce or customer-facing digital platforms.
Strong portfolio demonstrating experience designing complex user journeys and interfaces.
Proficient with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar.
Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
Excellent attention to detail and a strong customer-centric mindset.
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
