UX Designer

We are looking for UX Designers for a project in Porto or Lisbon.

This is a hybrid position, 2x/week at the office in Porto (preferable) or Lisbon. 

This will be a project of high impact for the society, and we are looking for people that want to contribute and are enthusiastic with this.

If you have a proactive and creative profile, capable of interpreting the essential learnings of the project and propose innovative mechanics for educational activities, or propose the reuse of activities developed in previous resources.

Requirements

• Focus on user experience, ensuring that interaction with the educational resource is fluid, intuitive and accessible for students.
  
• Creative mind and strong communication skills, facilitating collaboration with the design team (instructional designers, developers, illustrators, etc.).
  
• Solid knowledge of immersion and engagement in gameplay, knowing how to apply mechanics that make the educational resource engaging and captivating.
  
• Experience with usability testing and feedback collection, iterating based on real user observations.
  
• Proficient in prototyping and UX research tools, such as Figma, Miro, or other relevant tools.
  
• Ability to document guidelines and rationalize UX decisions, ensuring clear communication with the rest of the team.
  
• Language Pt (mandatory native PT)
  
• Some experience with games. Ideally at a professional level, but also at a leisure level.
  
• Someone who has contact with video games (whether mobile, PC or console);
