The service to be provided focuses on the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of modern web applications supporting business and engineering needs with strong focus on AI capabilities.

To achieve this, we expect the following competences to be available at the service provider:

Development of web applications using C#, Blazor, and JavaScript.
Cloud deployment and operational readiness for AI-enabled applications.
Development and maintenance of features involving real-time communication, document/PDF handling, and data persistence where applicable.
Integration with AI services and APIs, including LLM endpoints, document intelligence services, semantic search, and backend orchestration APIs.
Work directly with/in agile teams to implement, test, and continuously improve the solution.

To deliver the above competences, we consider relevant for the outsourcing company to assure consultants with a skillset and experience covering:

Strong hands-on development experience with C#, .NET, Blazor
Experience with Azure Web Apps, Azure Storage, Cosmos DB, APIs, authentication, logging, and cloud-native deployment patterns.
Good understanding of modern web application architecture and maintainable software development practices.
Flexibility to work with GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development tooling as part of the development lifecycle.
Experience with SignalR or comparable real-time communication technologies.
