Automation Consultant

Requirements

• Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks for process automation and infrastructure management;
  
• Implement automation projects using Ansible and Terraform or equivalent tools;
  
• Install, configure, and manage Red Hat Linux servers or similar distributions;
  
• Develop shell scripts or use other scripting languages to automate operational tasks;
  
• Manage services, operating system resources, users, groups, permissions, packages, and updates;
  
• Implement security measures (hardening) at both the operating system and application levels;
  
• Perform regular security audits and ensure compliance with security best practices;
  
• Plan, execute, control, and monitor Linux system implementation projects, preferably using automation;
  
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to Linux systems, network services, and other ecosystem components;
  
• Use version control and CI/CD tools, namely Git and GitLab;
  
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, provide progress updates, and document completed work.
  
• Minimum academic qualification equivalent to Level III of the National Qualifications Framework;
  
• Minimum certification: Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE);
  
• At least 5 years of experience developing Ansible playbooks and implementing Ansible automation projects;
  
• At least 3 years of experience implementing infrastructure using Terraform or equivalent tools;
  
• At least 3 years of experience in Linux server administration, scripting, installation, configuration, and management of services, OS resources, users, groups, permissions, packages, and updates;
  
• At least 3 years of experience in security, including system and application hardening, as well as security audits;
  
• At least 3 years of experience in managing and implementing Red Hat Linux system projects;
  
• At least 3 years of experience in troubleshooting Linux environments and network services;
  
• At least 1 year of experience with version control and CI/CD tools, namely Git and GitLab;
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  
• Ability to produce technical documentation and effectively interact with stakeholders.
