Communication & Design Consultant

We are looking for a Communication & Design Consultant (Mid-level) for a hybrid project, up to 2 days per week on-site, in Lisbon.

About the Role

You will provide communication and design support for services, projects and related initiatives. The role covers the planning, creation, coordination and implementation of communication activities and materials for identified stakeholders and internal customer groups. You will support communication-specific assignments and other service, project, change, adoption, knowledge-sharing or stakeholder-engagement activities where communication is a key part of the required outcome.

Main Responsibilities

• Plan and implement tailored communication and marketing plans for services, projects and initiatives.
  
• Review stakeholders and audiences and develop tailored communication concepts, storylines, key messages and content.
  
• Develop creative concepts and materials that promote services and improve awareness, understanding and adoption.
  
• Coordinate and execute end-to-end communication activities across appropriate channels and formats, including emails and communications regarding service changes.
  
• Create, edit and maintain written, visual and multimedia content, including manuals, presentations, graphics, videos, video tutorials and event recordings.
  
• Create and apply service branding and maintain templates, guidebooks and reusable communication assets.
  
• Provide visual and graphic design support for communication-related service, project, operational and event activities.
  
• Support internal communication, knowledge sharing, collaboration and events through editorial review, publishing coordination, event communication, promotional-material production and event recording.
  

• Mid level: communication planning and multi-channel communication delivery.
  
• Mid level: stakeholder analysis, storytelling, message development and editorial structuring.
  
• Mid level: creation and editing of professional written, visual and multimedia communication materials.
  
• Mid level: graphic and presentation design, including the application of corporate branding requirements.
  
• Mid level: video editing and creation of video tutorials, event recordings or equivalent multimedia content.
  
• Mid level: creation of templates, manuals, guidebooks and reusable communication assets.
  
• Mid level: coordination of inputs, reviews, approvals, schedules, events, production and publishing activities.
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with communication measurement, feedback analysis and continuous improvement.
  
• Experience with digital content creation, automation or governed AI-assisted communication workflows.
  
• Experience supporting communication for IT services, projects, organisational change, adoption or event activities.
