The Cybersecurity Department is strengthening its team with a Program Manager.

As a Program Manager, the primary responsibilities will include managing the overall cybersecurity program, particularly overseeing the budget cycle of the department (approval process and monitoring execution), tracking the projects that mitigate the key cybersecurity risks, and reporting on the risks and cybersecurity activities, while orchestrating tasks between involved areas.

The candidate will also ensure clear communication between all parties, keeping the project status documentation up to date and ensuring the appropriate quality levels for technical documentation.

Main tasks:

- Monitor the main security control implementation projects (led by Cybersecurity or other departments), tracking their status, including project plans, execution status, risks, and issues to be resolved.
- Report the project status to stakeholders.
- Address and monitor the mitigation activities for identified risks related to cybersecurity, collaborating with other departments.
- Identify and address cybersecurity risks inherent to ongoing projects, ensuring that cybersecurity controls are implemented.
- Manage the Cybersecurity Steering Committee and other internal communication channels, including proposing the agenda, defining the communication strategy, and coordinating with various stakeholders to prepare supporting documents for meetings.
- Coordinate other cybersecurity teams to support the budget management of the department, particularly in preparing the annual budget proposal and subsequently monitoring its execution, anticipating needs according to the plan.
- Support the preparation of the annual activity plans for the cybersecurity department.
- Identify opportunities for process and procedure improvements within cybersecurity.

Requirements

- Higher academic qualification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience, enabling the convergence of technical skills with management concepts.
- Relevant experience in program or project management, preferably in the cybersecurity field.
- Experience in preparing reports for management regarding risks and activities (steering committee).
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, SCRUM, AGILE, etc.).
- Knowledge in managing and operating project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Knowledge in information security, cybersecurity standards, and frameworks (ISO, NIST, etc.).
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Conflict management skills and coordination of multidisciplinary workgroups.
- Planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to identify and manage cybersecurity risks.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proactivity and initiative.
- Resilience, adaptability to change, and ability to handle ambiguous situations.

- Knowledge of security technologies.
- Knowledge in risk management and compliance.
- Knowledge of the telecommunications sector.
- Knowledge of European regulations related to security or specific sectors (NIS2, DORA, GDPR, SIRSCE).
