The “Collaboration” Value Center within IT Digital Foundation (IT DF COL OC) at our partner is looking for a
skilled and motivated Data Analyst and Automation Specialist with a strong focus on data for Microsoft 365
services.

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the seamless, secure, and efficient delivery of data and
reports for our M365 services, Business Units and end users.

You will work closely with Service Owners, Service Managers, and Service Architects to maintain and
improve the existing data structures and reports for our M365 services.

Develop robust data models using Power BI and Azure tools to support accurate and efficient data analysis
Ensure data extraction processes already in place are running as expected and propose enhancements whenever possible
Propose improvements on existing reports by analyzing data to help prevent in-service failures and to provide
trend analysis to aid collaboration services to improve their daily activities
Monitor performance trends and identify continuous improvement and automation proposals.
Perform reporting activities to support management
Contribution to the value center wide activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least five years of experience working as data analyst, data automation, data architect or similar position
• Expertise in using Power BI for data visualization, including creating dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations
• Ability to create and manage data models within Power BI, including Power Query and Data Analysis Expressions (DAX)
• Experience with Azure data services such as Azure Data Lake Storage and Azure SQL Database
• Skills in extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data from various sources into Azure environments
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing databases
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights
• Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, PowerShell for data manipulation and automation
