Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Data (Business) Analyst to join our pharmaceutical project team, working remotely from Brazil to support operations primarily in Brazil, within the broader scope of LATAM and Canada for the MedTech and Pharma sectors. The successful candidate will manage material and product master data processes, ensuring high-quality data management and process efficiency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Collect and manage data for material and product master creation using workflow tools or manual input, adhering to pre-established business rules.
- Update the CR Reporting Tool daily to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Analyze and process requests from business units (e.g., Marketing, Executive Directors) to create or update material master data, including mandatory information, due dates, and reference material codes.
- Gather global attributes through the Data and Approval Gathering Process (MEWS flow) via ATC.
- Perform data input using Winshuttle.
- Monitor and escalate overdue requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Facilitate weekly DDL meetings and distribute meeting minutes promptly.
- Execute manual material creation and updates (e.g., for services), running Data Quality Tests (DQTs) and defining required actions.
- Manage material and product data changes through workflow tools or manual input, following business rules where applicable.
- Resolve IDOC issues and generate reports for stakeholders (e.g., Audit, CLS, Procurement, Planning, Quality).
- Perform data quality checks on existing product and material codes.
- Provide end-to-end support to users and requestors for data-related processes, with a focus on Brazil operations.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (mandatory).
- Proven experience in data analysis and business process management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or MedTech industries.
- Strong knowledge of material and product master data creation and management processes.
- Proficiency with workflow tools and manual data input processes.
- Experience using Winshuttle for data input.
- Familiarity with Data Quality Tests (DQTs) and IDOC resolution processes.
- Ability to generate reports for stakeholders such as Audit, Procurement, and Quality teams.
- Strong organizational skills for managing follow-ups, escalations, and facilitating meetings.
- Experience supporting business units such as Marketing and Executive Directors.
- Familiarity with the MEWS flow for data and approval gathering (preferred).
- Experience supporting Brazil and LATAM regions (preferred).
- Must reside in Brazil and be available to work remotely.
- Ability to work in alignment with project teams supporting Brazil, LATAM, and Canada regions.
Work Arrangement
- Fully remote role from Brazil, with work primarily focused on supporting Brazil operations within the MedTech and Pharma sectors (LATAM and Canada).
- Candidates must reside in Brazil.
