Data Science & AI Solutions Engineer

The client is looking for experienced and passionate professionals in Data Science & AI, focusing on Generative AI, Machine Learning, Virtual Assistants, LLMs, and RAC (Robotic & Cognitive Automation). The goal is to drive operational efficiency, conversational intelligence, and automation through smart, data-driven AI and data science solutions. Responsibilities Develop and apply data science and AI solutions based on Large Language Models (LLMs) and GenAI for analyzing user interactions. Create and improve virtual assistants/chatbots with natural language understanding (NLP) and contextual reasoning capabilities. Support the building of cognitive automation (RAC) pipelines to optimize workflows. Integrate AI and data science models and solutions with enterprise platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, ServiceNow). Apply techniques for sentiment analysis, insight extraction, and automatic summarization. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure AI and data science solutions are functional and deliver real business value. Requirements Requirements - Proven experience in data science, AI, and ML projects applied to operational data or user interactions. - Knowledge of GenAI and LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, Amazon Bedrock). - Experience creating and integrating virtual assistants, focusing on enhancing digital experience. - Strong skills in Python, including libraries such as pandas, NumPy, and model integration via API. - Familiarity with NLP, sentiment analysis, text classification, and automatic summarization concepts. - Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business teams.
