Data Scientist / AI Engineer

• Design, develop, and optimize AI solutions that enable different teams to become more efficient and impactful.
  
• Apply GenAI technologies to real use-cases, with special emphasis on Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and Agentic systems.
  
• Perform data analysis, processing and general scripting.
  
• Work with modern cloud-based AI architectures, particularly on Azure, to ensure security, scalability, reliability, and cost-effective development and deployment of AI solutions.
  
• Implement best practices for AI solution development and performance.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business teams, to translate business needs into efficient data solutions.
  

Requirements

• Senior Level - Experience with AI and Machine Learning tools and techniques for data analysis and predictive modeling
  
• Senior Level - Experience with the application of GenAI technologies and Large Language Models to AI use-cases in different domains
  
• Senior Level - Experience with cloud-based AI architectures on Azure
  
• Senior Level - Programming languages knowledge such as Python for data analysis and scripting
  
• Mid-Level - Hands-on experience developing and maintaining robust AI architectures
  
• Senior Level - Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, with strong English proficiency.
  
• Junior Level - Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and designing ETL workflows
  
• Entry Level - Expertise in Snowflake and dbt
  
• Entry Level - Data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
  
• Junior Level - Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
