We are looking for a professional with strong facilitation skills to lead Design Thinking sessions with cross-functional teams.

Following each session, the consultant will be responsible for synthesizing insights, creating high-level visual diagrams (e.g., journeys, service blueprints), and documenting all outputs in a clear and structured manner.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, lead, and facilitate Design Thinking workshops
Ensure active stakeholder engagement and participation
Gather, organize, and consolidate session insights and outputs
Create high-level diagrams (user journeys, service blueprints, process flows, etc.)
Produce clear, structured, and visual documentation of all outcomes
Support product, tech, and business teams in interpreting and applying insights

Requirements

Proven experience in Design Thinking, Service Design, or related areas
Strong facilitation and group management skills
Ability to synthesize and visually document information effectively
Proficiency in tools such as Miro, Figma, FigJam, or equivalents
Creative mindset combined with structured, value-oriented thinking
Portuguese Speaker
Expected duration: 1 year
