DevOps Engineer (EU)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join an engineering team in Europe. You will play a key role in building, maintaining, and improving the infrastructure and deployment pipelines that support a high-growth global insurtech platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks
  
• Manage cloud infrastructure (provisioning, scaling, monitoring, cost optimisation)
  
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment frequency and system reliability
  
• Implement infrastructure-as-code (IaC) solutions
  
• Monitor system performance and drive incident resolution
  
• Contribute to internal tooling, platform improvements, and engineering best practice
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience in a DevOps or Platform Engineering role
  
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
  
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  
• Proficiency in IaC tools such as Terraform or Pulumi
  
• Experience with containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
  
• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar
  
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work in agile environments
  
• Fluent English — mandatory (written and spoken)
