      We're looking for a creative Visual Communication & UI Designer to join the team. You'll design awareness campaigns for internal IT tools that help the employees around the world work more productively. That means creating content for the intranet, SharePoint, social media and newsletters. You'll also help design user interfaces for IT products, run Design Thinking sessions and user research, and maintain design guidelines and standards.

  • Create concepts for global campaigns to increase awareness about our IT internal tools to boost the employees productivity.
  • Create communication materials targeted to our global audience in a multichannel approach (e.g. Intranet, SharePoint pages, newsletters).
  • Punctually, support designing and develop user interfaces for IT products and services with high visual impact
  • Conduct Design Thinking sessions and user research.
  • Maintain design guidelines, best practices, and standards.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in design, Graphic Design, or related.
  • UI design and visual communication capabilities
  • Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma.
  • Good understanding of:
    • Graphic design principles, Typography and layout
    • User-centered design and agile methodologies
    • Web design trends and best practices
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with Adobe After Effects and Premiere is a plus;
