DORA Project Management with Infrastructure Services @ Financial Company

The client is seeking expertise in project management to support our Infrastructure team, specifically the Contract Management team, in complying with the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) requirements. As a financial company, we are committed to strengthening operational resilience in the face of increasing digitalization and interconnectedness of cyber threats. The selected expertise will be responsible for collecting data and evidence, ensuring the necessary procedures are in place to meet DORA requirements. This includes producing monthly and weekly reports to track progress and ensure timely delivery. The role involves being the primary contact for DORA-related infrastructure and EUS topics, reporting to the Infra and Cloud Contract Manager.

Goals and deliverables

The main objective is to ensure compliance with DORA requirements through effective project management and collaboration with various teams.

Work with operational teams to collect and complete DORA forms, such as:

Risk Assessment (Form B)

Exit Strategies (Form C)

Testing process

Collect Contractual documentation (contracts, Dora addendum)

Coordinate with vendors to gather necessary documentation and evidence.

Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and DORA teams for validation and specific assessments.

Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on progress, status, risks, and issues on a weekly basis.

Ensure timely collection and delivery of all required documentation and reports.

The knowledge required for the position is:

Background in audit related to IT domain mandatory. (Infrastructure)

Experience on delivery/reporting in a challenged and multi-projects environment.

Strong interpersonal skills excellent oral and written skills with and ability to work in client facing projects

Flexibility and ability to work in environments with changing priorities

English language: fluent

Software currently used : Office Excel, Word, Power Point

Stack: IT Audit, DORA, Microsoft Office, Flexibility, Delivery and Reporting, Project management and construction.
