The eCommerce Lead is a commercially driven digital leader responsible for maximizing online sales, revenue and customer lifetime value through data-led optimization of digital journeys. This role is pivotal in driving digital sales growth, with a strong focus on conversion, ARPU protection, and commercial performance across all Digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Owns and optimize digital sales funnels to increase conversion across web, app, and email channels, manages a clear roadmap of initiatives that will improve Digital sales and maximizes revenue per user.
  • Leads commercial performance reviews, identifies issues and insights through data analysis and interpretation, and provides solutions and hypotheses to test accordingly.
  • Identifies and execute growth opportunities through A/B testing, segmentation, and offer personalization.
  • Collaborates with Digital Squads, UX, Analytics, CVM, Marketing and Brand to align digital journeys with commercial targets.
  • Guarantees the company commercial activity on Digital channels by delivering the best digital strategy for products and services communication, campaigns and new product launches. Translates market and competitor insights into actionable commercial strategies

  • Leverages a comprehensive range of digital and commercial data sources to generate actionable insights that directly influence revenue growth, customer value, and digital sales performance.
  • Translates complex data into clear business recommendations, supporting strategic decisions across digital journeys, pricing, product mix, and promotional effectiveness.

Business Acumen

  • Demonstrates deep understanding of commercial levers, including profit and loss dynamics, ARPU, churn, and digital conversion metrics.
  • Applies market foresight and entrepreneurial thinking to shape digital business strategy, aligning customer behavior trends with commercial objectives to drive sustainable growth.

Business Partnering

  • Builds strong, trust-based relationships with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. CVM, Marketing, Finance, UX) to co-create and deliver commercial outcomes.
  • Understands business priorities and aligns digital initiatives to maximize ROI, customer lifetime value, and channel profitability.

Qualifications/Education

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in: Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Advertising, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or other type of education with a Digital Focus
  • Strong commercial aptitude and interest in Digital business and proven experiences in Digital projects
  • Deep understanding of Digital sales funnel and conversion optimization.
  • Strong analytics and Insights skills with ability to leverage multiple data sources to generate actionable insights.
  • Good communication skills, critical thinking and a collaborative minds
