We’re looking for an Engineering Manager with a strong architectural background to lead multiple squads and help scale how we design, build, and

deliver software.

You will be responsible for ensuring teams deliver consistently, while also supporting technical decisions, system design, and engineering practices

across squads.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining people management, architecture, and execution.

What will you do:

Lead and support multiple squads, ensuring consistent and reliable delivery
Work with tech leads and architects on system design and technical decisions
Help teams build scalable and resilient services on Azure
Drive engineering excellence across CI/CD, test engineering, and developer experience
Improve how teams build and ship software (standards, frameworks, workflows)
Coach and develop engineers and tech lead

Tech Context

Azure-native architecture (microservices, event-driven)
CI/CD owned by engineering teams
Mix of greenfield development and platform evolution
.NET, React, React Native

What we expect you bring

Experience leading engineering teams or multiple squads
Strong background in system design and cloud (Azure preferred)
Ability to balance delivery, technical quality, and team health
Experience improving engineering practices and consistency across teams
Hands-on mindset with the ability to go deep when needed

Requirements

Experience managing Tech Leads or senior engineers
Proven experience leading engineering teams or multiple squads
Experience with .NET and/or modern frontend frameworks (React, React Native)
Track record of delivering complex software projects
Strong background in system design and distributed systems
Experience defining or contributing to architecture decisions
Familiarity with microservices and event-driven architectures
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
Experience building and running scalable services
Strong understanding of CI/CD, testing, and development workflows
