Enterprise Architect

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to support our ongoing SAP implementation. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting architecture impact assessments, defining transition architectures, and identifying critical design decisions to ensure the seamless integration of SAP into our broader technology landscape. This role will focus specifically on assessing the impact of SAP on one key area of our enterprise, either Supply Chain or Loyalty (to be confirmed).

• Lead architecture impact assessments to analyze and document the effects of SAP implementation on existing systems, business processes, and technology platforms.
  
• Develop transition architectures to support phased adoption and integration of SAP, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  
• Identify, document, and communicate key design decisions required to enable the successful adoption of SAP within the chosen business domain.
  
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment between SAP solutions and overall enterprise architecture strategy.
  
• Provide architectural guidance to project teams, ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture principles and standards.
  
• Facilitate solution design workshops and architecture governance activities as needed.
  
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities associated with the SAP implementation and propose actionable mitigation strategies.
  
• Produce high-quality architectural deliverables, including impact assessment reports, transition architecture blueprints, and decision logs.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect, preferably with a focus on large-scale SAP implementations.
  
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and methodologies.
  
• Demonstrated ability to create impact assessments, transition architectures, and architectural decision records.
  
• Solid understanding of the supply chain and/or loyalty business domains (preferred).
  
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments with heterogeneous technology landscapes.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  
• Relevant certifications in SAP and/or Enterprise Architecture are a plus.
