Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are looking for Senior Full Stack Developers to join engineering squads in Europe. You will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of scalable web applications that power a global insurance platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frontend and backend components of the platform
  
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA engineers in agile squads
  
• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code
  
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance and scalability issues
  
• Contribute to technical architecture discussions and solution design
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer
  
• Strong proficiency in a modern frontend framework (React, Vue, or Angular)
  
• Solid backend experience (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar)
  
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
  
• Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases
  
• Experience with cloud-native development and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
  
• Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional teams
  
• Fluent English — mandatory (written and spoken)
