Our customer manage a large portfolio of Data Analytics applications, with 75+ SAP systems connected. We are looking for consulting support in its Finance derived analytics and reporting applications.

We are seeking an experienced IT functional consultant, with strong background in IT solutions to business processes and data quality testing. The ideal candidate will have a curious mindset and experience in bridging business requirements to technical solutions and be driven by customer satisfaction and bringing strong solutions to life.

Knowledge of Snowflake/SQL databases and Power BI is a big plus.
Experience in Finance reporting and ERP sources is nice to have.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

Perform system testing and quality assurance to ensure optimal performance
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to our reporting applications
Familiarity with Jira for task and project management
Familiarity with data visualization and reporting, and its connection to backend sources
Apply basic SQL database querying logic to support data analysis and troubleshooting

Analytical Skills:

Provide support to data product users
Answer business questions with the help of the project team
Analyze problems reported by application users, bridging technical understanding with functional explaining

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

Provide expert guidance and support to end-users and stakeholders
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to present complex data problems to both experts and non-experts
Proactively research and propose solutions that best fit business and customer needs
Ability to make info

Training and Documentation Skills:

Conduct training sessions for end-users
Proficiency in drafting comprehensive documentation for end-users
Creativity in developing documentation, training materials, and process improvements
