Infrastructure and Systems Specialist

The mission of this role is to ensure the stability, performance, and security of IT infrastructure and systems, supporting business operations through reliable and efficient technology services.

The Infrastructure and Systems Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT environments, ensuring system availability, and providing advanced technical support.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage and administer IT infrastructure and systems
  
• Maintain and support server environments and network components
  
• Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity
  
• Implement, configure, and maintain IT solutions and services
  
• Provide advanced technical support (2nd/3rd line)
  
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
  
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and continuity
  
• Support infrastructure-related projects and improvements
  
• Work closely with other IT teams to ensure service quality
  
• Contribute to the optimization and standardization of IT processes
