The client is seeking expertise in IT project management to work within his IT Project team dedicated to the European Expansion program.

The role involves leading communication and engagement with program sponsors, stakeholders, and business program managers. The expertise will be accountable for the IT program plan, including deliverables, timelines, testing plans, migrations, and MVP deliveries.

The client requires support in fostering the transformation of current legacy systems to best-in-breed applications through transformation programs. Additionally, the expertise will support change management processes and activities to aid transformation and systems adoption.

The role also involves leading the preparation of critical meetings and being the key driver for IT-related topics in those meetings. Anticipating issues, blockers, and constraints in the critical path and working with sponsors and stakeholders to overcome them is essential.

Requirements

The client is looking for expertise to achieve the following goals and deliverables:

Develop and maintain a comprehensive IT program plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.

Facilitate effective communication and engagement with program sponsors, stakeholders, and business program managers.

Support the transformation of legacy systems to modern applications through structured transformation programs.

Lead change management processes to ensure successful systems adoption and transformation.

Prepare and lead critical meetings, including program management, steering, and escalation meetings, focusing on IT-related topics.

Identify and address potential issues, blockers, and constraints in the program's critical path, collaborating with sponsors and stakeholders to resolve them.
