The service to be provided has the main focus ensuring the high-quality software solutions by integrating structured testing practices with international business environments, working closely with consultants and business representatives across different regions to validate requirements, enhance software reliability, and support the continuous improvement of testing processes.
SI IT Test Manager plays an integral role analysing software requirements, and user stories for clarity, completeness and testability, identifying ambiguities, designing, executing and refining test cases based on functional requirements.
Create, define, and continuously improve test strategies and methods, making sure they fit the specific needs of the project. Organize and facilitate UAT sessions with business users, providing guidance on test execution, defect reporting.
As part of our Automation strategy be also responsible to plan and integrate automated testing within CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that automation aligns with business-critical functionalities.


Requirements

  • Lead Level  - Define and drive the Test Management process including the test automation concept  
  • Senior Level  - Review Software Requirements (in the form of typical requirements or User Stories) to ensure testability, unambiguity and completeness of those
  • Senior Level  - Drive forward a "test-driven approach" within requirements engineering
  • Senior Level  - Ensure Test processes are aligned with business and provider
  • Senior Level  - Represent the Test Management and Test Analyst position to both regional users and international staff on a regular basis
  • Senior Level  - Maintain absolute integrity of the test run and defect database to ensure a full audit trail  
  • Senior Level  - Apply test tool support for design and execution of test cases, analyze quality and test coverage, and guide testers in using the tool
  • Senior Level  -  Design and execute test cases that assure adequate quality and act as lead test analyst
  • Senior Level  -  Plan and Support User Acceptance Testing


  • At least 5 years working experience in SW Quality and at least 2 years on Quality Management
  • Experience defining test cases which assure full test coverage
  • Experience with Salesforce or/and Dynamics 365 CRM applications
  • Experienced with agile methodologies
  • High level of proactivity, structured, and self-organized working style
  • Intercultural skills and motivation to work in a virtual and international team
  • Degree ideally in Business or related field with a strong IT affinity
  • Certified ISTQB Advanced Level are a plus
