We are looking for a Backend Java Developer to join a long-term project focused on delivering high-quality, customer-centric solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude toward collaboration and continuous improvement.

You will participate in business meetings, contribute to the translation of functional and non-functional requirements into technical solutions, and ensure that the development is aligned with clean code principles and modern backend architecture.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in backend development using Java (version 8 or higher) and Spring Boot
  • Solid understanding of microservices architecture
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases
  • Proficiency with GitFlow or similar code branching strategies
  • Commitment to Clean Code principles and best development practices
  • Comfortable working with technical documentation in English
  • Experience in writing and maintaining technical solution documentation
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to participate in business meetings, gather and analyze functional and non-functional requirements
  • Skilled at translating business needs into technical requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Team player, proactive, and collaborative mindset
