Mid Scrum Master

We are looking for a Scrum Master (Mid-level) for a hybrid project, 1 day per week on-site, in Lisbon.

About the Role

You will coach one or more Agile teams on Scrum principles and practices, supporting the organisation and execution of projects with a continuous improvement mindset. You live and breathe Agile principles, foster collaboration and transparency, and enable teams to maximise value delivery to their stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a genuine team player, comfortable working in multicultural environments, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a curious, positive mindset.

Main Responsibilities

• Coach teams on Scrum and other relevant Agile methods and processes.
  
• Organise and facilitate Scrum ceremonies and workshops, ensuring they are positive, productive and timeboxed.
  
• Focus on team members’ needs and enable them to maximise value delivery aligned with the Definition of Done and project principles.
  
• Foster collaboration and open communication within Agile teams.
  
• Guide the team in developing metrics and estimates, and periodically evaluate the process to improve predictability and reduce risks.
  
• Promote transparency by raising project and team risks whenever appropriate.
  

Requirements

• Up to 5 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master in the IT sector.
  
• Mid level: Scrum Master practice and Agile coaching.
  
• Mid level: professional English, written and verbal.
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Team player comfortable working in multicultural environments.
  
• Curious and positive learning mindset.
  

Nice to Have

• Experience as a Scrum Master with Mendix.
