About the Project
As part of the implementation of Oracle Flexcube as the new core banking system, we are seeking an Oracle Solutions Architect to support the definition and implementation of the technological architecture for integrations, migrations, and reporting.

This role will be critical in designing the Data Warehouse and Data Lake, which will serve as the foundational structure for all internal and regulatory reporting within the bank.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and design reference architectures for integrations between Flexcube and peripheral systems (Payments, AML, ERP, Collections, etc.).
  • Support the design and implementation of the Data Warehouse and Data Lake, ensuring a robust, scalable, and reporting-oriented structure.
  • Develop and oversee ETL processes to support internal and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Ensure the quality, consistency, and traceability of information across different systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, technology partners, and Oracle to ensure the coherence of proposed solutions and compliance with recommended best practices.
  • Document architectures, integrations, and technical processes clearly and reusably.
  • Support the project team in analyzing the impact of new integrations and system evolutions.
  • Contribute to defining data governance policies and enterprise architecture best practices.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements

  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in defining Oracle system architectures.
  • Strong knowledge of Data Warehouse, Data Lake, and ETL processes.
  • Experience in core system migrations and peripheral database integrations.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Database, PL/SQL, ODI (or other relevant ETL tools).
  • Strong analytical skills and expertise in designing integration and reporting solutions.
  • Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory) and proficiency in English (intermediate level, spoken and written).
  • Availability for remote work, with occasional travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Oracle Flexcube implementation projects.
  • Knowledge of integration architectures (SOA, Middleware, APIs).
  • Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Certifications in Oracle Database / Oracle Data Integration.
  • Experience in data management and Data Governance.
