Main Responsibilities:

Financial & Program Management
  • Develop and present comprehensive financial reports to executive committees
  • Track, analyze, and forecast project financial metrics and KPIs
  • Support portfolio financial analysis and budget optimization
  • Create and maintain executive-level dashboards and performance presentations
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with governance standards
Quality Management & Gate Processes
  • Design, implement, and manage Quality Gates processes across all program projects.
  • Facilitate and conduct quality reviews and gate assessments
  • Support Project Managers in quality assurance and compliance activities
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and quality standards
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality processes
Governance & Stakeholder Management
  • Support overall program governance framework and compliance requirements
  • Manage stakeholder communications and set clear expectations
  • Coordinate between financial, quality, and project management teams
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and process standards
  • Support change management initiatives across the program.


Requirements

Required Experience & Skills:
  • Senior Level - PMP or equivalent project management certification
  • Senior Level - Minimum 3 years experience in PMO (Project Management Officer) or similar role
  • Mid-Level - Strong knowledge of Quality Gate processes
  • Mid-Level - Experience with PMO tools and financial systems
  • Mid-Level - Proven track record in financial reporting
  • Junior Level - Knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Entry Level - Experience with global teams is a plus
  • Lead Level - Fluent in English
