Main Responsibilities:
Financial & Program Management
- Develop and present comprehensive financial reports to executive committees
- Track, analyze, and forecast project financial metrics and KPIs
- Support portfolio financial analysis and budget optimization
- Create and maintain executive-level dashboards and performance presentations
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with governance standards
Quality Management & Gate Processes
- Design, implement, and manage Quality Gates processes across all program projects.
- Facilitate and conduct quality reviews and gate assessments
- Support Project Managers in quality assurance and compliance activities
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and quality standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality processes
Governance & Stakeholder Management
- Support overall program governance framework and compliance requirements
- Manage stakeholder communications and set clear expectations
- Coordinate between financial, quality, and project management teams
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and process standards
- Support change management initiatives across the program.
Requirements
Required Experience & Skills:
- Senior Level - PMP or equivalent project management certification
- Senior Level - Minimum 3 years experience in PMO (Project Management Officer) or similar role
- Mid-Level - Strong knowledge of Quality Gate processes
- Mid-Level - Experience with PMO tools and financial systems
- Mid-Level - Proven track record in financial reporting
- Junior Level - Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Entry Level - Experience with global teams is a plus
- Lead Level - Fluent in English
