The Client is seeking expertise in Project & Services Management within our Data & Analytics department. The role involves overseeing project governance, ensuring that all projects align with organizational goals and standards. Expertise in operational readiness is crucial, as it involves preparing the organization for new processes and technologies. Service management skills are essential to maintain and improve service delivery across the organization. The role requires a strategic approach to project oversight, combined with the ability to implement go-to-run processes effectively. The goal is to ensure seamless transitions and consistent delivery excellence throughout the organization.

Goals and deliverables

1. Project Governance & Delivery
• Monitor and support project performance, ensuring adherence to methodologies and best practices.
• Develop, implement, and maintain project management frameworks, tools, and templates.
• Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and KPIs to senior management.
• Assist in resource allocation and capacity planning.
• Provide training and support to project teams.
• Identify project risks and facilitate mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate a Project Manager Community of Practice (CoP).

2. Operational Readiness & Service Management
• Lead implementation of go-to-run processes for applications.
• Collaborate with Application Managers for operational handovers and documentation.
• Enforce compliance with service transition standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and incident management.
• Implement and maintain the Application Management framework.
• Ensure lifecycle processes for applications are documented and followed.

3. Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting
• Serve as liaison between PMO, Application Managers, and Operations.
• Ensure transparency of processes and expectations.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on risks and improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or ITIL certifications are a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in PMO, project management, or service management.
• Experience with ServiceNow PPM, JIRA, Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, and Confluence.
• Proven ability to implement operational readiness and service transition processes.
