Main Responsibilities:
Ensure that all activities have a clearly assigned owner;
Monitor and follow up on ongoing project activities;
Schedule alignment sessions between streams and follow up on the following aspects:
Activities completed since the last project status update
Activities planned for completion before the next project status update
Risks, issues, dependencies, and system unavailability
Progress of the plan and success metrics (project KPIs)
Monitoring of project scope execution
Identification of delayed activities
Update the plan and action points for each stream;
Maintain and update project documentation;
Produce the project’s executive report;
Analyze KPIs to monitor team performance, including:
% of epics completed
Delivery velocity (#epics, #user stories, #story points over time)
% of test execution
Number and severity of bugs
Test execution speed (#tests completed per week)
Requirements
Technical Requirements:
Project management and progress monitoring;
Risk identification and mitigation planning;
Identification and implementation of improvement opportunities;
Standardization of JIRA usage across projects (3+ years of JIRA usage);
Stakeholder relationship management;
Degree in Engineering or Management (or similar);
4+ years of overall project experience, with at least 2 years in IT project management;
1+ year of experience using MS Project;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and knowledge of project methodologies;
Experience in the banking sector (preferred).
