We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact initiatives at the intersection of finance, technology, and business transformation.

This role requires a professional who can translate complex financial requirements into actionable technology solutions, ensuring alignment across technical, business, and regulatory stakeholders.

As a key bridge between development teams, business departments, and senior leadership, you will drive end-to-end project delivery — from initiation and planning to execution, go-live, and benefits realization — ensuring high-quality outcomes that support our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional projects within the banking domain, ensuring alignment with business strategy, compliance, and technology architecture.
Manage project lifecycle activities: scope, resource planning, timelines, risk assessment, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
Ensure technical solutions meet financial and operational needs.
Oversee vendor and third-party management, ensuring deliverables and budgets are met.
Prepare and present status updates, executive reports, and steering committee materials.
Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and constraints proactively.
Drive continuous improvement in project governance, agile/hybrid delivery models, and cross-team collaboration.
Ensure all initiatives comply with regulatory and security standards relevant to the financial industry.
Demonstrate a proactive and collaborative attitude in problem-solving

Requirements

Experience & Background:

Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects in the finance, banking, or fintech sectors.
Proven track record in technology-driven initiatives (e.g., system integrations, digital banking platforms, data migrations, or core banking implementations).
Solid understanding of finSolid understanding of financial products and operational processes.
Strong technical acumen — ability to discuss architecture, APIs, integrations, and data models with developers.
Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams (business analysts, developers, testers, external vendors).

Skills:

Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills — able to influence at all organizational levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Proficient with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure Devops).
Familiarity with Agile / Hybrid / PM² / PRINCE2 / PMP methodologies.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages a plus.
High resilience and perseverance in solving complex problems
Ability to work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment

Nice to Have

Experience with core banking systems, payment systems, or credit platforms.
Knowledge of data governance, reporting systems, or regulatory compliance (e.g.,PSD2).
Technical background (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field)
