QA / Test Engineer

We are looking for a QA/Test Engineer to join our team and help us ensure the delivery of reliable, scalable, and high-quality digital solutions. As part of this role, you will develop and implement robust testing practices across multiple systems and platforms. This is a remote position, offering flexibility in how and where you work. Responsibilities and Duties Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance program to ensure our products and services meet internal standards and customer expectations. Define and enforce quality standards in collaboration with engineering, product, and design teams. Own the development and maintenance of test plans, automated test suites, and performance benchmarks across our platforms. Establish and monitor quality metrics, proactively identifying areas for improvement. Drive continuous improvement in testing processes by leveraging automation and integrating best practices in agile software development. Collaborate with infrastructure and DevOps teams to enhance test environments and support scalable testing pipelines. Provide guidance on bug tracking, test documentation, and defect resolution processes. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to product quality and safety. Requirements 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, ideally working on both backend and frontend systems. A strong track record in delivering high-quality web and backend applications, especially consumer-facing products. Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test case development, defect tracking, and test planning. Hands-on experience with automated UI testing tools and frameworks. Comfortable collaborating on API testing, performance/load testing, and supporting scalable quality pipelines. Experience with Git, Agile development practices, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions). Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Datadog) to support test coverage and incident analysis. Prior experience improving test environments in collaboration with infrastructure engineers.
