Redis & Elastic Stack Engineer (Mid-Level)

We are looking for a Mid-Level Redis & Elastic Stack Engineer to join distributed infrastructure and data platform projects focused on observability, search, and NoSQL technologies.

The professional will be responsible for supporting, monitoring, and optimizing Redis and Elasticsearch environments while contributing to the reliability and scalability of enterprise-grade platforms. The role involves close collaboration with infrastructure, DevOps, and data teams to ensure high availability, performance, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Redis and Elasticsearch environments
  
• Support Elastic Stack components including Kibana, Logstash, Beats, and Elastic Agent/Fleet
  
• Monitor platform health, availability, and performance
  
• Configure and support Redis and Elasticsearch clusters
  
• Assist with troubleshooting and incident resolution in distributed environments
  
• Support automation and operational scripting initiatives
  
• Work with Docker and Kubernetes-based infrastructures
  
• Assist with indexing, search optimization, and data visualization tasks
  
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
  

Requirements

• Experience with Redis and Elasticsearch administration
  
• Knowledge of Elastic Stack components
  
• Understanding of Redis Cluster and Redis Sentinel
  
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  
• Familiarity with shell scripting and automation
  
• SQL and Elasticsearch DSL knowledge
  
• Understanding of NoSQL databases and distributed systems
  

Nice to Have

• RedisJSON, RediSearch, or RedisTimeSeries experience
  
• MongoDB, Cassandra, or Couchbase knowledge
  
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana
  
• Relevant technical certifications
