The service to be provided has the main focus to support worldwide SHERPA X Project in the scope of SAP HR – Personal Administration (PA).

The Subject Matter Expert (SME) plays an important role during the implementation of the project, by analyzing and proposing solutions as well as their implementation

Requirements

  • Senior Level - At least 5 years experience in SAP HR/HCM in the Personal Administration (PA) module
  • Senior Level - In-depth knowledge of SAP HR PA functionalities, including infotypes, personnel actions, organizational management integration, and master data concepts.
  • Senior Level - SAP S/4 HANA Business Partner Concept experience
  • Mid-Level - Familiarity with integration points between PA and other modules (e.g., HR TIME, FI, PS).
  • Mid-Level - SAP Time Management is a plus
  • Senior Level - Fluent English is mandatory (written and spoken)
  • Senior Level - Experience in several countries implementetation is a plus
  • Senior Level - Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Senior Level - Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
