We are seeking for a Scrum Master service with project management experience.

The service will act as a facilitator, coach, and organizer, helping teams to work efficiently, transparently, and in line with agile principles, while ensuring proper structure, documentation, and support teams across initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Facilitation & Team Support

• Facilitate and organize Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospective

• Promote self-organization and cross-functional collaboration within the team

• Identify, track, and help remove impediments that slow down the team

• Support the team in continuous improvement

• Ensure adherence to Scrum values, principles, and practices

Project Management / PMO Responsibilities

• Support project planning, coordination, and tracking across initiatives

• Maintain structure, transparency, and documentation for projects and team activities

• Organize and facilitate workshops and meetings (e.g. alignment sessions, retrospectives, planning

workshops)

• Contribute to status reporting, risk tracking, and dependency management

• Act as a reliable interface between teams, product ownership, and the wider organization

Product Owner & Stakeholder Support

• Support the Product Owner in formulating clear and well-structured Product Backlog items

• Coach the Product Owner on agile principles and best practices

• Foster effective collaboration between Product Owner, development team, and stakeholders

Requirements

Mid-Level -Experience in agile ways of working, e.g. Scrum

Mid-Level Proven project management experience

Mid-Level Experience in IT or software development projects is a strong advantage

Lead Level Strong communication and facilitation skills

Lead Level Fluent English (spoken and written)

Senior Level Ability to work independently, proactively, and reliably

Senior Level Strong structured and organized way of working

Senior Level High level of conscientiousness and attention to detail
