Senior Fullstack Developer

• Lead architectural decisions across backend and frontend, ensuring scalability, comprehensive testing, and consistent code reviews.
  
• Implement, maintain, and evolve CI/CD pipelines and end-to-end observability practices (logs, metrics, and tracing).
  
• Coordinate enterprise integrations (ServiceNow, Jira, CRMs) and iPaaS platforms, ensuring data mapping, validation, and compliance.
  
• Promote DDD, Clean Architecture, application security, and secrets management/IAM throughout the entire development lifecycle.
  
• Act as a technical reference for the team, raising quality standards and aligning technology with product and operations.
  
• Lead L2/L3 production support:
  

• Incident triaging and resolution.
  
• SLA management.
  
• On-call rotation/prevention.
  
• Conducting post-mortems focused on root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
  

• Operate and evolve applications in on-premises, hybrid, or cloud environments:
  

• VMs, networking, and VPNs.
  
• Certificates, Nginx / reverse proxy.
  
• Load balancing and security hardening of exposed services.
  

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science
  
• Backend: Java (Spring Boot) and Python (FastAPI), with strong experience in testing (unit and integration), performance, and security.
  
• Frontend: React and/or Angular; componentization, state management, and secure API consumption.
  
• Cloud & DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD in Azure; observability and incident response.
  
• Data: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis; modeling, migrations, caching, and resilience.
  
• Experience with API Integrations: REST, webhooks, messaging, and iPaaS (Boomi).
  
• Security: Spring Security, OAuth/OIDC, secrets management, and principles of least privilege.
  
• Experience with on-premises, hybrid, or cloud environments
