We are seeking a highly skilled Senior On-Premises BI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Portuguese and comfortable working in a hybrid environment. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining on-premises business intelligence solutions that empower our organization with actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain on-premises BI solutions, including data warehouses, ETL processes, and reporting systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Optimize and maintain data models, ensuring data integrity and performance.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide actionable insights.
  • Perform data analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues in BI systems.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance BI capabilities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in business intelligence development, with a focus on on-premises solutions.
  • Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, Power BI), database management, and SQL scripting.
  • Fluency in both English and Portuguese (spoken and written).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Must be immediately available to start.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication.
