We are looking for a Senior Project Procurement Buyer to operate across PV (Photovoltaic) Solar, Wind, and BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems).

This is a senior, project-oriented role requiring the ability to operate on two levels simultaneously:

- Managing local procurement activities (BoP contracts, electrical, civil, and mechanical works)
- Coordinating with the group's Global Lead Buyers for critical equipment such as wind turbines

The role acts as the key procurement focal point between local project teams and the multinational group structure.

Goals:

  • Act as the procurement point-of-contact for each tendering and project lifecycle, liaising directly with Project Managers and BD (Business Development) Managers
  • Lead supplier selection processes and define contracting models at project level
  • Manage the full procurement cycle for BoS (Balance of System) services, Owner's Engineering, and BoP (Balance of Plant) packages (electrical, civil, mechanical)
  • Coordinate with Global Lead Buyers at group level for critical equipment procurement
  • Prepare and manage RFx processes (pre-qualification, Call for Tender) in line with bid and project requirements
  • Participate in bid evaluation and co-lead commercial negotiations in alignment with group category strategies
  • Prepare and update contract templates, NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements), and general purchasing terms and conditions in coordination with legal
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with project contract activities from tender award through contract close-out
  • Manage procurement data and reporting for assigned tenders and projects
  • Ensure full compliance with Group Procurement Governance, Policies, and H&S (Health and Safety) rules


Requirements

  • Proven experience in project procurement within engineering & construction or energy environments
  • Background in EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) and/or O&M (Operations and Maintenance) procurement activities
  • Experience managing BoP contracts (electrical, civil, mechanical works)
  • Familiarity with renewable energy projects — PV Solar, Wind, and/or BESS strongly valued
  • Experience working within multinational group structures and coordinating with global procurement teams
  • Track record in contract preparation, supplier negotiation, and tendering processes
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English
