We are looking for a Senior RPA/UiPath Developer to drive the design, development, and quality assurance of advanced automation solutions. This pivotal role involves defining robust functional and non-functional requirements, collaborating directly with customers to establish high-level solution architectures, and ensuring the excellence of deliverables through comprehensive reviews of Process Design Documents (PDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), and code. You will also manage and schedule critical jobs and processes within UiPath Orchestrator, working closely with agile teams to implement solutions effectively. We are looking for a proactive, dynamic, and customer-oriented team player with excellent communication and organizational skills, and a strong sense of responsibility. You should be

fluent in English, possess strong analytical abilities, and thrive in an agile development environment, always eager to learn and adopt new technologies.

Key responsibilities include:

Defining and documenting comprehensive functional and non-functional requirements for RPA solutions;

Conducting thorough reviews of the final solution quality, Process Design Documents (PDD), and Solution Design Documents (SDD);

Managing and scheduling automation jobs and processes efficiently within UiPath Orchestrator;

Working directly with customers to establish high-level solution and architecture;

Participating actively in code reviews to maintain high standards of quality, scalability, and maintainability for developed solutions;

Applying knowledge of Agentic AI to innovate and enhance automation workflows;

Integrating Generative AI (GenAI) technologies to optimize and extend automation processes;

Leveraging UiPath Document Understanding capabilities for accurate and efficient business data extraction and processing;

Collaborating with agile teams to implement the solution effectively.

Requirements

Senior Level - 3+ years of experience developing UiPath RPA processes;

Senior Level - Experience with process functional analysis;

Senior Level - Ability to develop robust solution architecture designs;

Senior Level - Proficiency in leveraging Document Understanding capabilities within UiPath for extracting and processing business data;

Mid-Level - Knowledge of Agentic AI application in automation workflows;

Mid-Level - Experience with UiPath Agent Builder or Dify;

Mid-Level - Understanding and knowledge of GenAI technologies and their integration within automation processes;

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment;

Mid-Level - Fluent in English, both spoken and written;

Familiarity or experience with Scrum/agile development methodologies.

Nice to have:

Senior Level - Experience working with REFramework or Enhanced REFramework;

Experience operating the UiPath Orchestrator;

Familiarity with .NET development (e.g., C#, VB.Net);

Hands-on experience with SAP applications (user perspective);

Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, Access);

Knowledge of AI/ML Models and their application in automating business processes;

Mid-Level - Experience with UiPath AI Center Capabilities to deploy and manage custom AI models within RPA workflows;

Mid-Level - Knowledge of Prompt Engineering for GenAI to optimize outcomes in Generative AI-enhanced automation;

Mid-Level - API Integration Knowledge to ensure seamless communication between external systems and automation workflows;

Mid-Level - Proficiency with SQL for data manipulations and database operations;

Development in Python for AI/ML scripting and integration with automation workflows;

Experience in conducting code reviews to ensure best practices and adherence to coding standards;

Senior Level - Excellent communication and documentation skills.
