The SharePoint Software Developer contributes to the design, development, and continuous improvement of modern document collaboration solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

This role focuses on hands-on development, implementation, and integration of SharePoint Online–based solutions and supporting Azure services, working closely with architects, product owners, and other developers. The developer plays a key role in delivering secure, scalable, and user-centric solutions, following enterprise standards, security policies,and agile delivery practices, while actively contributing to code quality, DevOps processes, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Mid-Level - Developing and enhancing document collaboration solutions using Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and supporting Azure services.
  • Mid-Level - Implementing client-side and backend components based on solution designs and architectural guidance.
  • Senior Level - Collaborating closely with solution architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into working software.
  • Mid-Level - Contributing to DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, monitoring, and operational stability.
  • Senior Level - Troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing existing solutions to improve performance, reliability, and user experience.
  • Senior Level - Ensuring solutions comply with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements
  • Senior Level - Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, including administration, customization, and development
    • Proven experience as a software developer in enterprise environments (mid to senior level)
    • Strong experience with the SharePoint Framework (SPFx), including:
      • Client-side web parts
      • Extensions
      • Integrations with Microsoft Graph and third-party APIs
    • Practical experience with modern front-end development, including:
      • TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
      • Frameworks such as React
    • Experience integrating SharePoint solutions with Azure services, such as:
      • Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Key Vault
    • Working knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) for automation and custom forms
    • Experience with C# and .NET Core / .NET 6+ for backend services or APIs
  • Senior Level - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally
  • Junior Level - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (optional, but a plus)
  • Mid-Level - Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and operational support in production environments
  • Mid-Level - Background in cloud environments, especially Microsoft Azure
  • Senior Level - Strong understanding of enterprise security standards and practices
  • Senior Level - Hands-on experience with API management and integration.
  • ​DevOps mindset with experience in agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, SCRUM).
