This architect will shape the strategic and technical direction of the organization's document collaboration capabilities, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards, information security policies, and agile delivery frameworks.

The SharePoint Solution Architect – is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing modern DevOps practices and tools within Microsoft 365 solutions and Azure-based microservices. This role brings deep expertise in architecting and delivering scalable, secure, and user-centric document collaboration and content management solutions, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft SharePoint Online and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

- Designing end-to-end document collaboration architectures leveraging M365, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure services.

- Driving DevOps adoption within collaboration solutions, automating deployments, monitoring, and governance processes.

- Collaborating closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and development teams to translate functional needs into robust technical solutions.

- Ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements across collaboration platforms.

- Promoting continuous improvement in how teams deliver collaboration capabilities, with a focus on performance, scalability, and user experience.

- Proven experience designing and implementing document collaboration platform.

- Deep knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, including administration, customization, and development.

Requirements

- Solid experience developing solutions using the SharePoint Framework (SPFx), including clientside web parts, extensions, and integrations with Microsoft Graph and third-party APIs.

- Expertise in modern SharePoint Online customization using frameworks such as React, TypeScript, and Fluent UI.

- Familiarity with PnP (Patterns and Practices) libraries and provisioning templates to enable scalable and reusable solutions.

- Experience integrating SharePoint solutions with Azure services, including Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Key Vault for secure, serverless Operations.

- Ability to leverage Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) for lightweight, extensible business process automation and custom forms within SharePoint.

- Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 for client-side development.

- Experience with C# and .NET Core/.NET 6+ for backend services, especially in hybrid or API-based architectures.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.

- Experience defining solution-level architecture and technology strategy.

- Strong understanding of enterprise security standards and practices.

- Hands-on experience with API management and integration.
