Service Description

At our client’s major European Technology Hub in Portugal, a large portfolio of Data Analytics applications is managed within a modern cloud-based ecosystem.

This environment operates on a cloud mesh framework and includes a high-volume data warehouse platform integrated with more than 75 enterprise systems, covering multiple business domains.

The platform supports over 1,000 active analytics and reporting projects that require continuous maintenance, optimization, and development to meet evolving business needs. To support this growth, the project is seeking consulting professionals to contribute to both operational stability and ongoing enhancement activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • The service provider is expected to ensure the following competencies are available:
  • Provide first and second-level technical end-user support for core data and analytics platforms and related business applications
  • Test, validate, and support the implementation of changes in technical and analytical processes across multiple data domains (Procurement, Logistics, Quality, Operations, Finance, Sales, etc.)
  • Act as a single point of contact for end-user requests related to supported processes
  • Independently coordinate the implementation of processes on new applications within scope
  • Manage and coordinate external partners and collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects and solution changes
  • Prepare, maintain, and publish end-user documentation and deliver training sessions
  • Contribute to internal communication and community engagement initiatives, including:
    • Design and continuous improvement of SharePoint pages
    • Development of domain communication concepts (from project to domain level)
    • Creation of monthly newsletters and collaboration platform content to keep the community informed and engaged

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a communication-driven professional with strong organizational and analytical skills.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate:

  • Proactive and independent working habits
  • Proven experience in end-user support within an international environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in English (German is a plus)
  • Strong proficiency with standard Microsoft Office tools
  • Customer-focused and business-oriented mindset
  • Goal-oriented approach with innovative thinking and strong attention to detail
  • Team-oriented attitude

Experience or basic knowledge in SQL, data integration platforms, and analytics tools (such as MS Fabric and Power BI) is considered an advantage.
