Systems, Platforms and Operations Administrator

• Academic qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or similar
  
• Strong ability to structure, write and communicate, both with technical teams and with business stakeholders.
  
• Autonomy, sense of responsibility and strong results orientation.
  
• Ease working in the context of cross-functional projects and multidisciplinary environments.
  
• Language skills: English or French
  

• Administer, monitor and maintain operating systems, servers, networks and technology platforms (on-premises and cloud).
  
• Ensure the availability and performance of critical systems, implementing proactive monitoring and optimization measures.
  
• Manage virtualization environments, containers and cloud computing platforms.
  
• Implement and maintain security policies, backups, disaster recovery and business continuity.
  
• Diagnose and resolve incidents and technical problems, ensuring appropriate response times (SLA).
  
• Automate operational processes and recurring tasks to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
  
• Participate in the definition and implementation of scalable and resilient technology architectures.
  
• Collaborate with development teams (DevOps) for continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
  
• Document procedures, configurations and operational best practices.
  
• Manage updates, patches and the life cycle of systems and platforms.
  
• Support audits and ensure compliance with internal and external standards and policies.
  

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of operating systems (Linux/Windows Server).
  
• Experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and/or containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
  
• Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud).
  
• Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls).
  
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
  
• Knowledge of scripting/automation (Shell, Python, PowerShell).
  
• Familiarity with information security practices.
