Teach Lead

• We are looking for a Tech Lead with AI expertise with experience in the Portuguese market to lead our development team and drive RAG implementation in a hybrid model in Lisbon.​
  

• Provide technical leadership to backend, frontend, AI/ML, and integration teams, ensuring quality, security, and alignment with business objectives.
  
• Define, design, and validate scalable architectures for software and AI platforms, including CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices, and SRE fundamentals.
  
• Evolve the Contact Center 360 platform and the LLM assistant/agent platform, including:
  
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
  
• Orchestration of prompts and tools.
  
• Observability, security, data governance, and compliance.
  
• Drive enterprise integrations with ITSM systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira), CRMs, and legacy systems, including data mapping, validation, and transformation.
  
• Define and promote architectural standards, code reviews, DDD, and security/quality best practices, acting as the team’s technical authority.
  
• Align technology, product, design, and operations, actively participating in backlog prioritization, continuous discovery, and stakeholder validation.
  
• Manage technical budgets, cloud costs, and team capacity, supporting strategic "build vs. buy" decisions.
  

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science
  
• Backend: Java (Spring Boot) and Python (FastAPI), with a focus on security, performance, and automated testing.
  
• Frontend: React and/or Angular; componentization, state management, and continuous integration.
  
• Cloud & DevOps: Docker and/or Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability; experience with at least one major cloud provider (Azure preferred).
  
• Data: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis; modeling, caching, and operational resilience.
  
• Integrations: REST APIs, webhooks, message queues/messaging, and experience with iPaaS (e.g., Boomi)
