Test Manager

• Lead and manage testing processes for large-scale, enterprise-level projects in digital transformation environments with multiple integrated systems.
  
• Oversee the development and execution of test plans, ensuring alignment with project goals and quality standards.
  
• Utilize testing tools such as Jira, Xray, TestRail, or similar to manage test cases, track defects, and report progress.
  
• Implement and manage manual and automated testing methodologies to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  
• Coordinate internal and external testing teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring timely delivery.
  
• Engage with stakeholders to define testing requirements, communicate progress, and manage expectations.
  
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, incorporating agile and hybrid delivery practices.
  
• Ensure attention to detail in test execution and documentation to maintain high-quality standards.
  
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and testing outcomes to support project success.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital transformation environments with multiple integrated systems.
  
• Familiarity with testing tools such as Jira, Xray, TestRail, or equivalent.
  
• Proven experience in managing testing for large-scale, enterprise-level projects.
  
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools for both manual and automated testing.
  
• Experience in coordinating internal and external teams.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Results-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
  
• Knowledge of agile and hybrid project delivery practices.
  

• Certifications such as ISTQB Test Manager, Agile Testing, or equivalent are highly valued (nice to have).
  
• Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or similar).
  
• Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD integration for testing.
